Infosys Limited (NYSE: INFY) disclosed that it has inked a three-year contract with UCAS. Since 2015 both the firms have been working as partners. This latest contract demonstrates a major step-change in the relationship. It will center around providing smooth customer service experiences through greater automation, innovation, and efficiency.

It has been disclosed that the collaboration between UCAS and Infosys is necessary to the support and delivery of a professional and stable platform that students and the people advising and supporting them, can depend on when steering their journey to higher education.

Furthermore, as per the new contract, Infosys will offer a wide range of digital services that will allow UCAS to further develop the abilities that connect learners to universities, awarding bodies, schools, and other organizations, established on a dynamic digital suite of systems able to quickly tackle the changing UK higher education sector.

Additionally, Infosys will continue to concentrate on offering assistance to UCAS to get its ambitious targets on lowering costs, enhancing, and boosting services for students, providing more vigorous security, and delivering business-as-usual (BAU) services between legacy and new digital systems. Presently, UCAS is witnessing a surge in student demand across all areas, a demographic uplift, and an increasing demand from mature students and overseas applicants.
