Roblox Corporation (NYSE: RBLX) disclosed that it has bought Guilded, Inc which is a privately-held firm dedicated to creating a platform to unite gaming groups. The main mission of Roblox is to develop a human co-experience platform that encourages shared experiences among billions of users.
Since its inception in 2017, the Guilded team has created a powerful platform to link the gaming communities, involving tools and features such as tiered voice chat, video chat, integrated calendars, scheduling tools, and more. In March 2021, the firm introduced its bot API to streamline bot development. This step of the firm is to enable users with little or no programming experience to easily build bots.
Furthermore, RBLX believes that the Guilded team has a clear desire for supporting communities. Guilded has a great team and technology, and RBLX is delighted to provide aid to the firm to help them continue on their path.

It has been disclosed that Guilded will continue to function as a stand-alone product group. Moreover, the firm disclosed that its legal counsel to the transaction is Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Both the firms have not disclosed the terms of condition yet.
